Frequently Asked Questions

When should save the date cards be sent out?
Save the dates can be sent out as soon as you have a date set.  Details regarding location and timings can be added to your formal wedding invitations.

How many wedding invitations should I order?
You are going to need to order one invitation per couple/family.  I would recommend ordering a few spare invitations to allow for mistakes, or for inviting replacement guests if anyone cannot attend.

How many evening invitations should I order?
You are going to need to order one invitation per couple/family.  You are only going to need evening invitations for guests that haven’t been invited to the whole day.  I would recommend ordering a few spare invitations to allow for mistakes, or for inviting replacement guests if anyone cannot attend.

Will I be able to choose the wording for my wedding invitations?
Yes of course. Your invitation can say whatever you would like it to say.  If you can’t see an option for what you would like, just ask.

I need to add additional information about my wedding day, can I do that?
Yes of course, why not add a guest information card.  These are the ideal way of letting your wedding guests know any additional details.  Simply post them out with your invitations.

When I should I send out my wedding Invitations?
Its recommended that you send out your invitations around 3 months before your wedding date.  This will allow time for your guests to reply and for you to give final numbers to your wedding venue.

When should the RSVP date be?
This all depends on when your wedding venue requires final numbers by.
